HANOI (3 October 2023) – Thai Son Bac Electrical Equipment Trading Co. Ltd. has affirmed their continued support of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Women’s League for the twelfth year in a row.
The announcement was made at VFF headquarters in Hanoi where the official draw for the VFF Women’s League–Thai Son Bac Cup 2023 took place.
“This is the twelfth year that Thai Son Bac Electrical Equipment Trading Company Limited is a sponsor of the VFF Women’s League. VFF hope that women’s football will continue to receive attention from society, sponsors, and fans,” said Duong Nghiep Khoi, VFF General Secretary.
Added Tran Anh Minh, General Director of Thai Son Bac Electrical Equipment Trading Company Limited: “2023 is a special year for Vietnam women’s football when we first appeared in the FIFA World Cup. As the main sponsor of the national women’s football championship for many years, we are extremely proud when our contributions bring honour to Vietnamese football.”
For this year, VFF Women’s League–Thai Son Bac Cup 2023 will see an increase to an eight-team competition, where they will compete in a two-legged round-robin format.
The tournament is expected to take place from 16 November to 28 December 2023 in Hanoi and Hung Yen.
